Hotplug events

Hotplug events are generated by kobjects
Whenever kobject_hotplug() is called
Result in calls to /sbin/hotplug
Also transmitted via events notification mechanism
Used for system configuration purposes

2.6.12 behavior:
kobject_register() creates a hotplug event
kobject_add() no longer does

Hotplug events are controlled by the kset
