Xwpe-1.5.9a doesn't have many changes from the previous
version.  It is mainly a fix to compile with old versions of
curses (in particular Slackware distributions).  It does,
however, now shows an asterisk for modified files in the
lower left and no longer pops up a dialog for successfully
saving files.

The latest version will be available on sunsite.unc.edu and is already
available on the Xwpe Alpha web site.
