mxApps are mail/ftp clients using X/Motif. mxMail is a mail client including
multiple mailboxes, tooltips, mail composition, audio etc. mxFtp is an FTP
client displaying bothe local and remote filesystems graphically, and including
audio, tooltips etc

Ver 1.10 includes minor fixes to :-
a). Added checks on location of 'sendmail' and 'ftp' binary location.
b). Added minor fixes to creation of mail folders.
