kISDN
This is beta release 0.4.3 of kISDN, an isdn4linux frontend for the
KDE.
With kISDN, you can easily set up all HiSax-supported ISDN adapters,
create as many accounts for different Internet service providers and
connect to them. kISDN monitors the traffic, shows
connect/disconnect/traffic by highlighting several "LEDs" and
optionally plays audio wave-files on certain events. It can dock
itself in the KDE panel reducing the necessary space on the screen to
a minimum. It supports callback and dial on demand, which is
configurable in a most comfortable way.
If you don't intend to set up your internet account with kISDN, you
may still make use of it, as kISDN recognizes and uses all
preconfigured interfaces.
kISDN integrates smoothly in any existing KDE (Linux) box, but it
should also run (with some limitations) on other environments, as
long as the KDE libraries are installed.
Requirements:
- - Qt 1.3x
- - KDE Beta4 (at least the libs)
For all features and more details, please visit
http://kisdn.headlight.de
where you will also find source and binary RPMs (only libc5, for
now), and source tarballs.
