A new release of the GNU Grep utility is available at

This is mainly a bug-fix release.

DESCRIPTION
     Grep searches the named input files for lines containing
     a match to the  given  pattern. 

See ChangeLog for full details and credits.

  - Status error number fixed.
  - Skipping directories removed.
  - Many typos fixed.
  - -f /dev/null fixed (not to consider as an empty pattern).
  - Checks for wctype/wchar.
  - -E was using the wrong matcher fixed.
  - Bug in regex char class fixed,
  - Fixes for DJGPP
