SmallCD v0.1 BETA is now released (or actually, it has been released for a
month, I only haven't announced it until now... :)

SmallCD is a small, text-mode CD player for Linux. In the beginning, it was
meant to be small, but it grows and grows and I am afraid that the final
version won't be so small. A name change is considered.

Anyway, here's some facts:
Smcd can play audio cds, stop them, pause and skip to the various tracks. It
has a nice ncurses user interface and a cd database which it reads information
from when a new CD is inserted. The user interface has a nice menu with all
the tracks and you can select from it with the arrow keys. Smcd is still heavy
