Subject: Relay-JFC IRC client 0.40 beta available

I've been developing and using Relay-JFC using the
SBB JDK 1.1.5 under Redhat Linux. Seems to work just
as nice as under Win95 ;-)

Announcing Relay-JFC Version 0.40 (a beta release)

Available at http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Vista/8169

Relay-JFC is a free IRC chat client with a user-friendly and intuitive
graphical user interface. Since Relay-JFC is written in Java, it will
run on any operating system that supports a JavaVM.

Relay-JFC is current available as a pre-release. When Relay-JFC
Version 1.0 is released, full source code will be provided under the
terms of the Perl-inspired Artistic License.

Relay-JFC Features
 * Multiple window interface
 * Console window for server messages
 * Color coded message display, you choose the colors
 * Support for WHOIS and VERSION commands
 * Persistent user settings

Relay-JFC requires a JDK 1.1.5 compatible JavaVM and the Java
Foundation Classes (JFC). Relay-JFC has only been tested under
Windows 95 and Redhat 5.0 Linux.
