I have recently prepared a release of a module that emulates the functionality
of the functions open2 and open3 of the IPC module for ActiveState Perl 5.003
under Windows '95 and NT 4.0.  These functions allow one program to run
another, feed input to the child program on the child program's standard input,
and read the childs standard and error output.  To insure feedback for QC
purposes I am asking interested parties to send email to RonaldWS@aol.com for a
copy of this software.
