This version has one major rewrite, and two significant 
bug fixes.

First, the restriciton of a single connection to DB2 has 
been removed.  The limit on multiple connections is now 
determined by you DB2 configuration.

Second, two related bugs involving the return on DB2 errors
from nested calles have been fixed.  Bug #1 would appear when
the implicit prepare within a $dbh->do() failed.  Bug #2 would
appear when end of data occurred during a blob_read.
