			cpan-upload 1.2

cpan-upload is a script which makes it easy for Perl authors to upload
files to CPAN using PAUSE. I just uploaded 1.2:

	  file: $CPAN/authors/id/NEILB/cpan-upload-1.2.tar.gz

The script was uploaded with the following command:

	% cpan-upload cpan-upload-1.2.tar.gz

which results in the script

    1.	ftp'ing the file to PAUSE
    2.	POST'ing to the PAUSE web server, to add the file as you

This version fixes a bug in the way the script uses App::Config,
which was causing problems if you had a password which included
something looking like a perl variable.
