pbm2ppa - new version available - 0.8.1

Quite a bit of work has been done since my first posting.  The driver is
now much more flexible, faster, and works on the 720, 820, and 1000
series.  Thanks to all those who've contributed!  Testers and comments are
still much appreciated!

I've changed the name from print-pbm to pbm2ppa so it's more clear what
exactly the program does :)

Following is an excerpt from the README that explains what this is:

What is this?
- -------------
This software creates output using the PPA (printer performance
architecture) protocol.  This protocol is used by some HP "Windows-only"
printers, including the HP Deskjet 820C series, the HP DeskJet 720 series,
and the HP DeskJet 1000 series.  It has been tested on all three printers,
but your personal experience (positive or negative) is very much
appreciated!
