Red Hat Software is proud to offer access to our new news hierarchy:

	redhat.*

The groups that are available at present are:

redhat.announce		<redhat-announce-list@redhat.com> gated into newsgroup
			form,

redhat.config		A forum for concerns about the redhat newsgroup
			hierarchy,

redhat.networking.general	Questions concerning all forms of networking:
				ethernet, ppp, token ring, isdn,

redhat.servers.general		Issues surrounding email, web, and news services
				as well as others,
			
redhat.hardware.arch.intel	Hardware questions specific to one particular
redhat.hardware.arch.alpha	architecture,
redhat.hardware.arch.sparc

These hierarchies have been created so that new groups can be integrated easily
should the need arive.

To access these groups you'll need to point your newsreader to news.redhat.com.

These newsgroups are not in any way connected with the Red Hat mailing lists,
with the noted exception of redhat.announce.
