There have been allot of changes to Linux Web Watcher recently and I
wanted to take this opportunity to announce them.

Before I begin, I want to explain what the Linux Web Watcher is for those
who haven't seen it yet.  The "Linux Web Watcher" isn't your ordinary
links page.  It actually keeps track of when the pages where last updated,
so you don't have to waste hours checking to see if your favorite web
pages have been updated since your last visit to them.  It also may clue
you onto pages that you would not normally check because, maybe, they are
updated infrequently or you only have a slight interest in them (and don't
bother checking very often).

First off, Sam Ockman and the rest of the gang at VA Research gave me an
offer I couldn't refuse.  They footed the bill for Linux Web Watcher's own
domain, "http://webwatcher.org/".  So, everyone check out their web page
at http://www.varesearch.com/ and give them thanks for their continuous
support for the Linux Community. 

The second bit of news I wanted to mention was that I have greatly
enhanced the non-tables page of the Linux Web Watcher;  They should now be
much easier to read for Lynx users.  I also did some minor clean up of the
Tables pages and the Contrib and About pages also.
