Announcing version 0.0.6 of my utilities for handling tagged files
These are files in a format similar to an LSM entry (but it wont
handle LSM files directly - it deals with its own format described
on the web page)

The current utilities are:
   tagextract - output a subset of records from a tag file e.g.
        tagextract -m Priority -le 6 < actions.tag

   tag2html - convert a tag file to html (for use in CGI scripts

   tag2tab - convert a tag file to tab separated

   tab2tag - convert a tab separated file to tag format

   tagcount - count things in a tag file

There is one demonstration application, which consists of a tagged
index of Internet Requests for Comments, with a CGI script for
searching this and displaying selected index entries.


Changes since the last release:

o tag2html - new -l and -u switches for table mode, display literal and
    url fields, useful for CGI scripts
o taglib - new routine taggetvalue, gets a value for a field from a
     tag record
o tagextract - Fix off by one bug in parseargs.
o all - security fix -  use strncpy in argument parsing routines.
o taglib - new routine freetagrec,frees a tag record
