Subject: pdict, version 1.0 - phontic work lookup program
Date: Tue, 10 Mar 1998 14:08:42 GMT
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
The pdict program does a phonetic word lookup in the Unix system
dictionary. The program uses the soundex algorithm to search a text
version of a standard English dictionary for words that sound like a
word supplied on the command line.
The C sources are available from
ftp://sunsite.unc.edu/pub/Linux/Incoming, or
ftp://sunsite.unc.edu/pub/Linux/utils/text.
