Hello!

   We would like to apologize for any inconvenience the installation bug in
the tar.gz package has caused. (The RPM package never had the problem) The
installation has been fixed and a new version of the tar.gz package (1.0-10)
is now available at: http://www.codeforge.com

   Just to clear up a few misconceptions. C-Forge has been, from the ground
up, written as a Unix application and it will NEVER run on 95/NT.

   C-Forge does not contain its own X server. At this point there are just two
servers in the package (future versions will contain more):

'forge_server' - manages active projects.
'editor_server' - manages editing sessions.

   If you have ANY questions or concerns about the installation or operation
of C-Forge please don't hesitate to contact us. (Contact links are available
