Microsoft is again playing the kid generously handing out cocaine at the party, and shoving small change into people's pockets.
It's getting tougher these days to keep one's friends. Will it work for another time?

$550k is _very_ small beer to Redmond. It may look a bit more from the perspective of a non-very-rich South American country; however, it's not enough to make even the President's entourage extremely rich men.
Hopefully the common sense we've seen coming from Peru will outweigh this obvious commercial bribe.
