When I installed ogle via apt-get on my woody (Debian 3.0), it asked me if I want to install decss also. I answered yes, and it automagically downloaded, compiled and installed decss. I think it is quite comfortable even for an average user.

Bye,NAR

It's no problem for me to get the decss plugin for Ogle or Xine, but it's a showstopper for the average computer user. I think it would be smart for Mandrake to partner with Intervideo so they can include a software DVD player with the next release of their distie. These sort of things should work out of the box.
