Problem description:
  During a fresh install of the sysklogd-package the old package would 
  create skeleton userfiles in the /var/log directory, as if the syslog user
  was in fact a real user. This is only an esthetics bug, but we choose to fix
  it anyhow.

Action:
  We recommend that all systems with this package installed are upgraded.
  If you do not have this package installed, you're probably should install it.
