ANNOUNCEMENT: 2.4.20-pre7-rmap14a-xfs-uml-shawn12d released - dont use 12c

xfs-2.4.20-pre7-rmap14a-uml-shawn12d against 2.4.19 vanilla. (September 15th, 2002)

Bug fixes:

- Quota fixups
- elevator fixups (caused hanging)

Don't bother to use -shawn12c =)
