AFAIK apt4rpm can't handle some of the rpm metainfos as far as rpm
contents are concerned, which causes the conflict.
As an alternative, you can use yast to update kde. Add
ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/suse/ftp.suse.com/suse/i386/s...
as an installation source and do a "system update"
