The spanish BBVA Bank (Banco Francés in south america) even has a Linux and free-software based sub-company of his E-Goberning division where I work (Gobernalia Global Net, http://www.municipia.com) offering a wide array of IT solutions (always using free software, usually Linux based) to public administrations (portals, training, network deploying, some other IT contracts like the big PISTA Aulas-Project, this one with Telefonica: http://www.pistaaulas.org/).
