SCO tries to revive Unix System Labs name (LinuxWorld)

Were they actually dumb enough to think TOG would let them do this? They are just trying to gain some imaginary ownership of "UNIX" - since:

1) They don't own the trademark - TOG does.
2) They don't own the code - Novell does.
