Release of nf-hipac v0.0.2

Hi,

we are happy to present:	nf-hipac v0.0.2
 
Version 0.0.2 adds a correct memory handling and allows the user to 
dynamically limit the maximum memory usage.
This release is considered to be far more stable than version 0.0.1. 

Changes:
o New Features
   + /proc/net/nf-hipac added:
        - algorithm statistics available via
            # cat /proc/net/nf-hipac
        - allows to dynamically limit the maximum memory usage
            # echo   >  /proc/net/nf-hipac
o Bugfixes
    + icmp type match fixed
    + added correct memory handling
    + moved netlink protocol number from NETLINK_FIREWALL to 6
    + fixed 16 bit matches for btrees with more than 2944 elements
