non-MIME deprecated OpenPGP (formerly called "inline")

Actually any MIME aware email client SHOULD support PGP/MIME
as written in the OpenPGP RFC.
The old method really poses problems and should better
be described as "non-MIME deprecated OpenPGP" to make this clear.

The huge problem why many people resort to this deprecated format
is that non MIME clients (like Outlook) cannot display the text/plain
contents or the attachemts then.
