I wonder if the same thing is true of the hackers who maintain the large clusters of said
machines: can we 'down tools and tell em go to Hell' if they persist in misnaming criminals as
hackers? :-)

careful: hacker != cracker

hacker (hobbyist) is not necessarily bad.
cracker is always bad.
