Rococo Software and ARS Software GmbH Partner to
Distribute Java and Bluetooth Solutions
Dublin Ireland- September 5, 2002 - Rococo Software and German-based
software distributor, ARS Software GmbH, announce their partnership to
promote and distribute Rococo's Bluetooth development tools and its
Java/Bluetooth OEM offering in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. ARS
Software GmbH will distribute these technologies aimed at making building
Bluetooth applications in Java easier.
Sean O'Sullivan, CEO of Rococo Software, said he welcomes the sales and
technical experience that ARS Software brings to the partnership. "ARS

embedded Java markets will help us extend our customer base in Europe."

Rococo's Bluetooth development tools include Impronto Simulator and Impronto
Developer Kit for PalmOS. Impronto Simulator runs Java applications in a
simulated Bluetooth environment allowing developers to simply test and
configure applications before deploying them on Bluetooth devices. Impronto
Developer Kit for PalmOS makes creating wireless applications easy by hiding
complex Bluetooth protocols behind standard Java APIs. Rococo's Bluetooth
Technology Licensing Kit, the company's Java/Bluetooth solution, is a
comprehensive set of tools and technologies that implement standard Java
APIs for Bluetooth Wireless Technology (JABWT).
