Jataayu and MontaVista Software partner to enable Jataayu's infrastructure
software and mobile device solutions on the MontaVista® Linux® Platform



Bangalore, India -July 5, 2004-Jataayu Software today announced that it has
entered into an alliance with MontaVista Software Inc., to make available
Jataayu's Infrastructure and Mobile device solutions on the widely used
MontaVista Linux platform. This strategic alliance will enable wireless
operators and device manufacturers to leverage the combined capabilities of
Jataayu and MontaVista technologies. Wireless operators and device
manufacturers can access proven, reliable and highly interoperable SMS, MMS,
WAP and IMPS solutions on carrier-grade and embedded Linux platforms.



Commenting on this relationship, Raj Kesarimall, Director Marketing, Jataayu
Software, stated, "Linux is becoming increasingly popular as a carrier-grade
software platform for Wireless Operators and most embedded applications.
