And how this relates to touted Fedora's "community process"?

I see business-plan, not really sort of plan of coordination for RH employees and independent developers.

Does anyone has more news about Fedora's "community process"?

Head on over to the fedora-devel-list mailing list if you want to give your input on FC 3

Head on over to the fedora-devel-list mailing list if you want to give your input on FC 3

And you get what for your effort?

  • public CVS access (as we have in Mandrakelinux)
  • ability to upload packages (as we have in Mandrakelinux)
  • ability to upload packages in the main distribution (as some contributors to Mandrakelinux have)
  • commit access in CVS (as some contributors to Mandrakelinux have)

Until all of those are available, it's much more worthwhile giving my input to Mandrakelinux ...
