And how this relates to touted Fedora's "community process"?

I see business-plan, not really sort of plan of coordination for RH employees and independent developers.

Does anyone has more news about Fedora's "community process"?

And you get what for your effort?

public CVS access (as we have in Mandrakelinux)
ability to upload packages (as we have in Mandrakelinux)
ability to upload packages in the main distribution (as some contributors to Mandrakelinux have)
commit access in CVS (as some contributors to Mandrakelinux have)

Until all of those are available, it's much more worthwhile giving my input to Mandrakelinux ...
