It is called "cp". It induces "copyright infringement" by design. Here is the relevant section from the manual:

cp - copy files and directories

SYNOPSIS
cp [OPTION]... SOURCE DEST
cp [OPTION]... SOURCE... DIRECTORY
cp [OPTION]... --target-directory=DIRECTORY SOURCE...

DESCRIPTION
Copy SOURCE to DEST, or multiple SOURCE(s) to DIRECTORY.

As you can see, it has the potential to do copying from multiple sources, which makes it even more dangerous ;-)
