Porters,

With this email, I catch up with outstanding mailing of notes from PSC meetings.

Neil and I met on Zoom, just a little later than usual. Paul was away on holiday.

This discussion included questions about Module::Runtime, which led to the "module loading
built-in" thread <http://nntp.perl.org/group/perl.perl5.porters/261472>, now somewhat stalled.

We also discussed the thread "use v5.36.0" should imply ASCII source
<http://nntp.perl.org/group/perl.perl5.porters/261164>, which needed and needs a bit of a shove
forward.

We spent quite a bit of time looking at our private checklist of stuff we're trying to move forward
and I said we'd push on a few things. I've mostly failed to do so, but expect more emails
tomorrow? One key thing was discussion of how to keep the RFC process in flight, which largely
became "let's discuss it every week." That didn't happen this past week because our meeting we
preempted by discussion of SV flags instead.
