This means that unless I implement trafic control (and that takes time I don't have) everything else on my internet line, will be affected while I download a 4gb DVD iso :( For this reason I'm forced to use FTP mirrors - and am seriously considering looking into the python code of btdownloadheadless.py and see if it isn't simple to apply the code used for upload-limiting, on the download rate too. But seeing as no one has done this, it probably isn't :(
