OpenMCL 0.13 released

OpenMCL 0.13 has been released. This version features better shared library
access, more examples, faster bignum multiplication, the new function
CCL:COPY-FILE, additional debugger commands and more.

OpenMCL is an open-source Common Lisp implementation derived from Macintosh
Common Lisp by Digitool. It runs under LinuxPPC and Darwin/MacOS X.
