What stood out from the quote to me was that "everyone is invited to
contribute" yet the malicious people would use "fake identities" to get
their code in. It is because everyone is invited to contribute that patches
are applied based on the merit of the CODE not the identity of the person
submitting it. Fake identities are useless here.
