(3/4) SA_RANDOM user fixup

From:  Oliver Xymoron <oxymoron@waste.org>
To:  Linus Torvalds <torvalds@transmeta.com>, linux-kernel <linux-kernel@vger.kernel.org>
Subject:  [PATCH] (3/4) SA_RANDOM user fixup
Date:  Sat, 17 Aug 2002 21:29:49 -0500

Users of the SA_RANDOM irq flag are moved to the new untrusted entropy
interface. It is now possible to safely add timing samples from
network devices.
