All pending VM related issues are resolved with this this release.

I'm now going to attempt a port to 2.6.5-mc2 but I wanted to release
this first.

	Rediffed.

	Avoid forgetting adding new gfpmask to slab-level-mask.

	mapbase per-process tweak to move (usually lower) the start of the
	heap.
