Not that this will *stop* the governments from doing it anyway... at which point the only useful response is a white mutiny: *turn off* those essential machines. Getting this done will require that CEO's and Boards are convinced that they're actually violating criminal law by leaving them on, and they will be prosecuted. It will be interesting to see how that goes...
