for Konsole author Lars Doele. The above link also points to the Dutch KDE
website which is offering an English translation of the interview and an
overview of this issue.

It's a bit different in that he's not the currentmaintainer, and the interview dips a toe into the technical history of konsole and terminal emulators in general. Even if he isn't the current maintainer, it''s well worth the read, for anyone using KDE as their chosen desktop, anyway. Duncan
