Turbolinux to become Livedoor subsidiary

Maya Tamiya has sent us this Turbolinux announcement (in Japanese), along with this partial translation: "Turbolinux's parent company, Livedoor, the largest toll-free ISP in Japan, also Lindows' Japanese exclusive agency, announced that Livedoor would acquire Turbolinux in a stock swap. Turbolinux will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Livedoor."

Turbolinux to become Livedoor subsidiary

Hi, I originally wrote:
"On Mar 15, SRA, Turbolinux's parent company, and Livedoor, the largest toll-free ISP in Japan and also the Lindows' Japanese exclusive agency, announced that Livedoor would acquire Turbolinux in stock swap. Turbolinux will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Livedoor.",

with which I meant:
"On Mar 15, SRA (=Turbolinux's parent company) and Livedoor (=the largest toll-free ISP in Japan and also the Lindows' Japanese exclusive agency) announced that Livedoor would acquire Turbolinux in a stock swap. Turbolinux will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Livedoor."

(In short, SRA sold Turbolinux to Livedoor.)

SRA says it will continue its PostgreSQL business (which it has been doing (with the PostgreSQL developer Bruce Momjian) since long before it acquired Turbolinux). Turbolinux has been operating at a loss.

Thanks!
