I kind of wish the old Calendar app from Netscape 4.x worked (is now CorporateTime and commercial). There's a nice doc on how to make a "poor man's calendar server" with the Mozilla calendar which is pretty cool. Looking at the roadmap, I'm pretty excited about where this project is heading.
