Perth firm files complaint against SCO with ACCC (SMH)

The Sydney Morning Herald covers the latest in CyberKnights v. SCO in Australia; CyberKnights has now filed a formal complaint with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. "The five-and-a-half page complaint lays out in detail the background to the case and alleges that the claims made by SCO are so vague that it has been impossible for CyberKnights or anyone else to actually ascertain what intellectual property which it (SCO) owns has been inserted into the Linux codebase."
