They're not going to sue you, because you know too much. This is looking more and more like a technique to soften up a potential jury. They're biasing as many people as possible with their big mouths, but I would imagine that the "right judge" would make sure the trial got held anyway. If they're a Microsoft sock puppet, remember that Microsoft managed to get an unfriendly judge thrown off their case, criminals though they are.
