Parent article: SCO lawsuit to be filed today?

This article states that SCO is initiating legal action against Linux users in Spain, specifically against the Linex folks distributing debian in Extremadura.

I took a look at the site & a 'worldlingo' translation, and

"Gregory G. Blepp said to EFE that SCO is not going to go against domestic or educative users, only against great companies e institutions that benefit gratuitously from Linux.

It added that, with these actions, SCO it does not try to go against opened code, but to defend its rights and that, in fact, it collaborates with Linux projects like Apache and Samba.

It considers that at the present time it has in the world between 2.5 and 3 million users of Linux whom they would have to pay licenses a SCO."

He also goes on to say (I understand) this situation could go on for 10 years - depending upon the 'developers' work to identify 'copyright' source.
