BAAHHH... they will end up sueing noboby.

If Novel is seriuous, which i'm certain they are, then they(SCO) dont old any copyrights in the first place...

Sue me SCO. Not only am i willing and knowingly using Linux, but also i state clearly, openly and publicly(quote me in here), that you (SCO) are a bunch of dirty cheap liars.

Of course would be easyer for the Ma$ter to provide a "much bigger & worldwide public" puppet company willing to bow... but it is already a luck that you are still live and open as a company... so...

Usually i type as i go, and the matter dont deserve a proper corrected and formated post of any kind.

They're not going to sue you, because you know too much.

This is looking more and more like a technique to soften up a potential jury. They're biasing as many people as possible with their big mouths, but I would imagine that the "right judge" would make sure the trial got held anyway.

If they're a Microsoft sock puppet, remember that Microsoft managed to get an unfriendly judge thrown off their case, criminals though they are.
