Well, if they're going to do this, I'm wondering:

Will it be someone who would cave easily?

Maybe a shill?

I can think of a lot of end-users they would *not* sue.

I can also imagine them suing someone who has the potential to buy them out.

No, Sun already paid them off, most likely just to fund them to file the suit against IBM.

But who really cares about those clowns? Today I'm more interested in announcements from NASA than from SCO.
