I think you misunderstand; SCO has come to Lehman Brothers, and said,
"That's my stolen bike". Lehman Brothers, not unreasonably, are replying,
"We've asked the guy we bought it off, and he says he's suing you to make
you stop claiming that he's selling stolen bikes. Sort that out, and then
we'll talk."
