opensurveypilot update

Dear All,

a major update of opensource project opensurveypilot is on its way. At the
middle of may we are reaching for version 1.2. The new version includes the
follwing updates, new modules and revamps

panel:

panelmodule
panelusermanagement
mailclient

easy install:
including of pearclasses for easier installation

language:
multi language support

security:
TAN upgrade for better security

and:
changeover of configuration files to xml
all bugs of bugbase, boards and betatest fixed

opensurveypilot:

opensurveypilot is a strong opensource webbased system enabling the
preparation and evaluation of votings, inquiries, online surveys, polls and
many more.The german based company serie-a digitale medien und systeme GmbH
publishes the software for use and for further development under the mozilla
public licence  (MPL) version 1.1. opensurveypilot uses a linux system with
apache webserver and mySQL database. The source code has been written using
the script language PHP.

Der opensurveypilot ist ein komplexes Programm zur Erstellung und Auswertung
von Votings, Umfragen oder der empirischen Sozialforschung. Sämtlicher Source
Code des opensurveypilot steht unter der Mozilla Public Licence ("MPL")
Version 1.1.  Der opensurveypilot läuft auf dem Linux System mit Apache
Webserver und mySQL Datenbank, die natürlich auch opensource verfügbar sind.
Als Basis für den Programmcode dient PHP.
