DebConf4 registration is open. This is the
5th annual Debian Conference, to be held in Porto Alegre, Brazil, May 26 to
June 2, 2004.

Just wondering how DebConf4 can be the 5th annual conference. Surely it'd be the fourth?

IIRC, the first DebConf was a small, informal affair that worked
so well it got organized and formalized. After the fact, that
first one was named DebConf 0.
