Description:

   This update fixes an issue with libircclient using an insecure openssl
   cipher suite.

   - cipher suite fix from ALL:!ADH:!LOW:!EXP:!MD5:@STRENGTH to
     EECDH+AESGCM:EDH+AESGCM:AES256+EECDH:AES256+EDH bnc#857151
