Nextcloud launches

Community use different means to attract contributions to their community and individuals ( regardless of who they are and what they do in the community ) just increase the available contributed time in the community they reside in.

If that's a community surrounding an distribution that time is *only* beneficial to the distribution community, if that's upstream it's *only* beneficial to the upstream community but never both communities at the same time since the time that the individual has to spare per day get's divided by the number of communities he participates in.

This logic applies to all types of communities not just the ones surrounding software projects.
